hey there! I’m Leah!

I’m so glad you’ve stopped by to check out my shop & support this small business adventure of mine! Whether we’ve met in person at a vendor event, through instagram, or have been friends for 15 years, I’m so grateful you’re here and willing to be a part of this art story.

My name is Leah Longhin! I’m currently living in the San Luis Obispo County area of California with my husband Nico, and my manx kitty Willow! I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan - the mitten state forever being home for me. Nico and I moved across the United States to California from the Midwest back in 2019. I started chiropractic school in the SF Bay Area January 2020 and graduated Spring of 2023! I am currently a chiropractor in the SLO County as my full time gig! I’ve loved taking care of people and their nervous systems through gentle and effective chiropractic care at Back in Place Chiropractic.

This little print shop was born of falling in love with charcoal drawing and wanting to create art for my own home! Now I’m working on making it possible for you to have it in yours! From local vendor events in SLO County (and eventually Bay Area sometimes too!), to this online shop for the rest of the United States, I look forward to sending you my art & stationary your way!

Fun facts about me!

• I love watching anime! I’ll be adding some anime-inspired art works to the shop in the future! Most of my background music is either anime soundtracks or those nice 10 hour long anime-inspired mashup lofi / calming youtube videos! haha!

• My undergraduate degree is in Counseling Psychology, which led me to discover holistic ways to approach health and wellness. Incorporating structural, nutritional, and emotional components is crucial - something I’m very passionate about!

• My favorite flowers are daisies.

• My favorite color is a nice dark forest green.

• I’m a night owl!

• I grew up playing in orchestras and bands, playing a few different instruments.

• I really like collecting rocks!

• My faith is very important to me! My relationship with God has been crucial to my existence and without my Creator, I would not have the hope that I do. It is all for His glory!
